June 23, 2022 @ 6:34 P.M. – While on patrol, Officer George Pilesky located graffiti on the flood wall adjacent to Cap Lane. Ofc. Pilesky ensured that the proper authorities will remediate the paint damage.
June 28, 2022 @ 12:48 A.M. – Jose A. Gutierrez-Rodriguez, 28, of Plainfield was arrested and charged with DWI following a motor vehicle stop in the area of Bound Brook Road and Garden Place. Office Jamie Marczak investigated.
June 28, 2022 @ 10:04 P.M. – While on patrol, Officer Jamie Marczak located graffiti in the men’s bathroom at Mountain View Park. Ofc. Marczak ensured that the proper authorities will remediate the paint damage.
June 30, 2022 @ 10:19 P.M. – Following an investigation on Fitsimmons Avenue, Brian T. Dugan-Doyle, 34, of Bethlehem, PA was arrested and charged with DWI. Officer Marc Arancio investigated.
July 2, 2022 @ 10:10 A.M. – A resident of Seneca Avenue reported that several tools, valued at $300.00, were stolen from his motor vehicle at some point overnight. Officer Paul Steffanelli investigated.
July 5, 2022 @ 2:07 P.M. – The proprietor of Middlesex Liquors, 1323 Bound Brook Road reported a shoplifting of Hennessy Cognac and Remy Martin VSOP. The total reported loss was $113.90. Officer Scott Mulford investigated.
July 6, 2022 @ 1:18 A.M. – A juvenile reported that his backpack, containing various items, was stolen in the area of Ashland Road and Oak Drive. The total reported loss was $185.00. Officer Anthony Painchaud investigated.
July 6, 2022 @ 10:33 A.M. – A resident of Second Street reported that she received harassing phone calls from an unknown individual. Officer George Pilesky investigated.
July 6, 2022 @ 4:39 P.M. – A resident of Runyon Avenue reported that softball equipment, valued at $2,592.68, was stolen from the front porch of her residence. Officer George Pilesky investigated.
July 7, 2022 @ 11:20 A.M. – A vehicle stolen out of North Carolina was recovered at a business on William Street. Officer Paul Steffanelli investigated.
July 9, 2022 @ 6:16 P.M. – An employee of CVS Pharmacy, 1252 Bound Brook Road reported a shoplifting of allergy medication. The total reported loss was $1,592.53. Officer Robert Dangler investigated.
